Protein Rich Diet: 6 protein-rich chutneys that can replace vegetables


Now that summers are here, the vegetable markets will be full of yummy raw mangoes, all set to go into our chutneys. To prepare this healthy chutney, you will need about ½ cup of raw mangoes diced and ⅓ cup of roasted flax seeds. First, grind the roasted flax seeds into a fine powder and take them out. Now blend the diced mango pieces and add the flax seeds powder, 2 tbsp of mustard oil, 1 pinch sugar and salt as per your taste. Blend into a fine paste and you have another healthy chutney ready. Enjoy this with your parathas and you can also use this as a sandwich spread or a salad dressing.
