PM Narendra Modi uses homemade face mask during CMs’ meeting on Covid-19 | India News – Times of India


NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday was seen using a homemade face mask during his meeting with the chief ministers on the outbreak of coronavirus in the country.
The meeting, held via video conferencing, also had other chief ministers sporting face masks.

While PM Modi used the white-coloured stole to cover his face, the chief minister of Maharashtra covered his face using a surgical mask. Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath was also seen with his face covered along with other officials from the state.
West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee and Karnataka chief minister BS Yeddyurappa were also present during the meeting.

In the last few days, several state governments have made it mandatory for people to cover their faces while venturing out of their houses.
