Bollywood actor Chandrachur Singh opened up why he rejected the role in Karan Johar‘s directorial debut ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai‘. He was offered to play the main lead Aman which was played by Salman Khan.

Talking about the same with a leading portal, he stated that it was a very big loss for him. It was a very nice and cult film. Chandrachur also revealed that he is disturbed after his films were delayed. His film ‘Dariya’ along with Tabu was delayed soon after it was declared. They dropped him from Deepa Mehta’s ‘Earth’ and the role went to Rahul Khanna.

‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ starred Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Rani Mukerji, Salman Khan, Anupam Kher, Johnny Lever in the lead roles. The movie which was released in 1998, achieved a great response from the audience.
