BMW India to launch 8 series Gran Coupe on May 8

BMW 8 Series Gran Coupe (M8) was unveiled in Malaysia in a fully-loaded top-spec variant earlier in April. The BMW 8 Series Gran Coupe Sport trim is powered by a 3.0-litre, six-cylinder turbocharged engine. The engine belts out 335hp and 500Nm of peak torque while linked with an eight-speed Steptronic Sport automatic gearbox.

The 8 Series Gran Coupe is quick off the block, with a claimed zero to 100 kmph in just over 5 seconds.
Aesthetically, M8 would be one of the most attractive BMW’s in the country. Globally, the four-door coupe is available in four variants: 840i, 840i xDrive, 840d xDrive, and MSport M850i xDrive.
The top-of-the-line M Sport package packs state-of-the-art design elements including 20-inch M light alloys, M Aero bumpers, and laser headlight.
